1. Who we are

This website (the "Site") presents the IdealFit product range and directs visitors to the official regional store for their country. In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean the operator of this Site.

2. What this Site does — and does not do

The Site is an informational directory for IdealFit. Its purpose is to help you find the official regional store that serves your country and to give you general information about the IdealFit product range.

We do not sell products through this Site. We do not take orders, process payments, hold stock, or ship goods. When you select a country you leave this Site and arrive at a store operated by a third party.

That third-party operator — not us — is your counterparty for any purchase. All matters relating to your order are governed by that operator's own terms and conditions, including:

  • prices, taxes, duties and payment methods;
  • product descriptions, ingredients, labelling and dosage;
  • availability, delivery times and shipping costs;
  • returns, refunds, cancellations and warranties;
  • customer support and complaint handling.

Please read the destination store's terms and privacy policy before ordering. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, practices or availability.

3. Commercial relationship and compensation

We have a commercial relationship with the operators of the stores we link to and may receive a commission or other compensation when a visitor from this Site makes a purchase. This costs you nothing extra. Our compensation does not change the price you pay.

The Site is not intended for persons under 18 years of age.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these Terms;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers or connected systems;
  • introduce malicious code, or interfere with the Site's normal operation;

Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you keep all mandatory rights granted to you under the law of your country of residence, and nothing in these Terms overrides them.

The Site contains links to third-party websites. Those links are provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, security or privacy practices of any third-party site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you use the Site is the version that applies. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.

11. Governing law and disputes

If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence, and the mandatory consumer protection law of that country continues to apply to you.
